What is physical therapy?

Physical therapists are movement experts who treat pain and loss of physical function through movement, hands-on care, and patient education.

Our physical therapists create individualized treatment plans to match each person’s goals, helping people:

  • Improve their function and quality of life
  • Avoid or recover from surgery
  • Reduce use of opioids and other drugs
