WHERE DO I GO TO BE TESTED?

Individuals can obtain a COVID-19 test on OSU’s Corvallis campus at Student Health Services. 

  • Students with symptoms: Call Student Health Service (541-737-9355).

  • Employees with symptoms: Contact your health care provider.

Corvallis campus: SHS OUTDOOR Testing Tent

  • The "Testing Tent" is outside, on the south side of Plageman Hall. Please do not use the Plageman main entrance when arriving for your test.

HOW DO I GET MY RESULTS?

 

  • Students will be notified of both negative and positive results through their Student Health Services patient portal once the results are received.  
  • If the result is positive, someone from SHS will be in contact with you with further instructions for self care and isolation directions.

COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests

Free iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests are available around the Corvallis campus. Each box contains two tests.

While supplies last, OSU community members can pick up these self-test kits at the following locations:

Note: Instructions for use are available in EnglishSpanish and other languages.

Expiration extended: The FDA granted a three-month shelf-life extension for iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests. For example, if "use by" date says June 11, 2022, the updated expiration date is September 11, 2022.
