Medical Concern

If you have a question or concern regarding your health or SHS services, please call 737-WELL (9355) or email a clinician using the Patient Portal. For questions after clinic hours, please contact the Advice Nurse.

Patient Advocate

Our goal at Student Health Services is to provide friendly, professional services to all students and to address your questions and concerns thoroughly. If you have thoughts or concerns about services you receive at SHS, we'd like to hear about them. Of course, we appreciate compliments, but we also want to hear about any unpleasant or difficult experiences you might have so that we can respond.

If you would like to talk with someone "neutral" other than your health care provider, we encourage you to contact one of our patient advocates. The special role of patient advocate is to listen to concerns or complaints and help resolve the issues. There is also a suggestion box in the clinic area on the second floor of the Plageman Bldg. where you can write anonymous suggestions.
