OSU Student Health Services has recently transitioned from a paper medical records system to an Electronic Health Records management system called eClinical Works. This new system provides many features that help SHS provide efficient and high quality personalized healthcare to our patients.
What is a Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is the patient's secure entry point to the system and his or her individual health record. Patients may also use the Patient Portal to contact their health care provider via a secure messaging system once logged in.
To access the Patient Portal, click here or type: http://bewell.oregonstate.edu in your internet browser.
To log-in:
- User ID is your OSU Student ID number
- Password is your date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy format... INCLUDE THE SLASHES)
- You will be able to choose a new password after completing your first visit to the website.
