Lab results can be viewed by clicking on Lab/Diagnostic Reports in the Review Test Results section in the left tool bar of the Patient Portal.
Lab processing times varies depending on the type of test and may range from 1 day to several weeks. If the test is taking longer than your clinician has stated to you, please contact your clinician via the portal Send a Message feature.
Why can’t I use my ONID and GAP to get into the Patient Portal?
The SHS Be Well Patient Portal is developed with a very specific goal of increasing student access to health information and education while assuring your confidentiality. In order to guard your personal health information, the Patient Portal is maintained separate from all of the OSU data systems to assure that your confidential information is not accessible to anyone other than yourself and the medical staff at Student Health Services.
