Unable to log in? New student data is loaded into the Patient Portal two terms (six months) prior to your anticipated start date. If you are a new student planning to attend OSU more than six months from now, please revisit the Patient Portal during the six-month period before your expected attendance. At that time you will be able to log in and submit your immunization and health history information. Thank you.
OSU Student Health Services uses an electronic health records management system called eClinical Works (eClinicalWorks, eCW, eClinicalWeb and eClinicalmail are licensed programs utilized by OSU Student Health). This system provides many features that help SHS provide efficient and high quality personalized healthcare to our patients. The Patient Portal is the patient's secure entry point to the system and his or her individual health record. Patients may also use the Patient Portal to schedule an appointment (PDF), or to contact their health care provider via a secure messaging system once logged in.

If your account is locked, please contact the Portal Administrator at 541-737-7573 or email email@example.com weekdays between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Your account will be unlocked/reset and will be available for log-in within 10 minutes of the reset.
After logging in at http://bewell.oregonstate.edu and reviewing the portal policies (first visit only) you will be taken to your Patient Portal home page. You may access the forms by clicking the red “HERE” text in the Welcome message or by going to Required Forms section found in the left toolbar of your portal home page. Please complete each form and click SUBMIT at the bottom of each page. After completing the final form (Policies) you will be directed back to the welcome page so that you may continue with any additional portal tasks (checking labs, email your doctor, check your appointment schedule) or log out in the upper right corner.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the log-in screen at http://bewell.oregonstate.edu.
You will need to provide your username in order to reset your account. Information to reset your Portal password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Lab results can be viewed by clicking on "Lab/Xray Reports" in the Review section in the left toolbar of the Patient Portal.
Lab processing times varies depending on the type of test and may range from one day to several weeks. If the test is taking longer than your clinician has stated to you, please contact your clinician via the Portal's Send a Message feature.
The Patient Portal is developed with a very specific goal of increasing student access to health information and education while assuring your confidentiality. In order to guard your personal health information, the Patient Portal is maintained separate from all of the OSU data systems to ensure that your confidential information is not accessible to anyone other than yourself and the medical staff at Student Health Services.
