No matter whether you are just getting started on the road to physical fitness, are interested in "improving your move", or are just looking for something new, Beaver Strides has a program for you. There are several options for participants to choose from.

Research has shown that tracking your activities is one of the best ways to maintain consistency and to make exercise a lifelong habit. Whether you are looking to kickstart your program, try someting new or make a lifestyle change, the Beaver Strides tracking booklet will help you to log your progress.
These challenges are designed for those looking to spice things up with a little healthy competition. Participants check out pedometers and compete against one another to see who can log the most steps over a predetermined period of time. Participants can sign up for one of our individual challenges or can sign up with a group (club, organization, living group etc.) Challenges usually run for two weeks but additional arrangements can be tailored to.
This is a lengthier program emphasizing gradual lifestyle changes. To make it fun, we ask you to choose a virtual destination such as:

Each week, you will set a realistic goal to accomplish. These goals will help motivate you and guide you towards your final destination.
